VAC 2021

Thursday 7 October 2021

VAC went virtual with great success!

VAC, the annual Visitor Attraction Conference, took place live on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October 2020 and was on demand until 12th November 2020!

The Annual National Conference of Visitor Attractions returned this year as VAC 2020 VIRTUAL!

We had two fantastic days at this year’s Annual National Conference of Visitor Attractions, its 17th year! All sessions including Q&A were recorded and were available online until 12th November. The national conference was a great opportunity for our industry to come online to our virtual platform and learn about the latest innovations, thinking and news from practitioners across the attractions and tourism sector.

Whether your interest lies in parks and gardens, historic or heritage centres, theme parks, museums and galleries, zoos or science and discovery centres, you would have been sure to benefit from viewing this informative and enjoyable, thought-provoking conference.

Remaining at heart, a UK event for the UK industry, we are keen to share best practice from a wider range of regions and countries – all of whom find themselves on different parts of the recovery pathway following COVID-19.

We built an inspiring and innovative programme which was of interest to visitor attractions from all over the country.  To add further value to our visitors, sponsors and exhibitors, the two day programme content was available on demand.

The audience profile is owners and senior managers of Visitor Attractions as well as opinion leaders, heritage professionals, local authorities, national bodies and many service providers that support the marketing, development, infrastructure, legislation, management and safe delivery of the attractions enjoyed by the general public of all ages.
