Tina joined the National Trust in 2008 and has been Director of People since 2010. Tina is responsible for all elements of the National Trust’s People strategy, Delivery Plan and People Services, including people development, volunteering, participation and inclusion, as well as overseeing the Trust’s central Business Services and Facilities team.  Tina is an experienced People Director and has held both Executive and Non-Executive roles in both Human Resources and Operations, working across the private sector, public sector and more latterly the Not-for-Profit sector. Tina is a member of the Evanta UK&I CHRO Governing Body, an advisory board for the CHRO Community.  She is based at Heelis, the Trust’s main office in Swindon and works part time, whilst juggling home and a young family.
